MEET THE NORTH

MEET THE BAND

OLD SCHOOL ROOTS. NEW SCHOOL FIRE.

Donny, Eli, and Matt made their names in the early 2000s scene with touring bands like Random Hero, Cycledown, Acolyte, and Say Goodnight. Years later, they’ve come together again—this time with a new addition. Christina, Matt’s 16-year-old daughter, brings bass lines and vocals that give the band a brand new edge. Together, they form The North: grounded in faith, built on experience, and ready to shake up Redding’s music scene.

OUR MISSION

REDEFINING THE CLASSICS. IGNITING THE FUTURE.

The North isn’t chasing trends—they’re reclaiming the music that raised a generation. Their mission is simple: to shift what’s considered “oldies” into the soundtrack of the 2000s. Every show is a bridge between nostalgia and revolution.

“We’re not here to play background noise. We’re here to make music that matters.

Beyond covers, The North’s originals carry stories of faith, struggle, patriotism, and family—fueled by a passion for both music and community. Their songs are built to hit hard and echo long after the last chord fades.

INVITE US TO PERFORM

LIVE & LOUD

Every show from The North is a wall of sound—covers that span classic rock, early 2000s pop punk, and dad-rock anthems. They roll in with a full PA and light show powered by Shasta Sound Company, making any venue feel like an arena.

Meanwhile, their studio work is shaping a catalog of originals that combine raw grit with meaning. The North isn’t just reviving the scene—they’re building something new.
